Daniele Mariani Souza is an Italian-Brazilian lawyer, registered with the Bar Associations in Brazil and Italy.
Her relationship with Italy is long-standing: her family has Italian origins and Daniele was born in a city that was colonized by Italians in Brazil. He has lived in northern Italy for over 15 years.
Graduated in Law in Brazil, she decided to move to the land of her ancestors and continue her legal career in Europe. Thus, upon arriving in Italy, he studied Italian Law and began to work on causes in favor of Italian descendants. She was one of the pioneers in actions against the long queues at consulates in Brazil, setting a legal precedent to achieve recognition of Italian citizenship without having to wait in the consular queue for more than 10 years.
Her fluency in several languages (Portuguese, Italian, English and Spanish) led her to specialize in international law, immigration law, real estate law and Italian citizenship. Furthermore, it has more than 1,000 recognized citizenship processes, with an incredible 100% success rate.
In addition to being a lawyer, she is also a sworn translator of English, Spanish and Portuguese. Her distinctive knowledge of both Brazilian and Italian legislation led her to become a legal consultant for more than 20 Italian citizenship advisors, being considered a reference in Italy for complex cases relating to Italian citizenship due to her vast knowledge in the area.
As a legal consultant for APROCI (Associazione di Professionisti per la Cittadinanza Italiana), she always fights for public bodies to respect and follow the laws, and also for professionals working in the area of citizenship to be certified.
A great defender of the rights of Italian descendants, today she works with a team of specialists and partners in the area of citizenship that includes more than 20 highly qualified and experienced professionals.
